This dataset provides a 100 meter spatial grid across Kenya with high-resolution estimates of residential population and workforce counts, building counts broken down by land-use types, settlement classification, and infrastructure and connectivity indicators. It also includes access and travel-time metrics to major towns and measures of electrification and network quality. The data enable mapping and geographic visualization, proximity and accessibility analysis, site selection, urban growth and service planning, and spatial modeling of demand for utilities and telecommunications. The fine spatial resolution supports neighborhood-level decision making and integration with other geospatial layers.
